Teamviewer stopped working

My Teamviewer 13.2 was running on the Client terminal since more than 2 weeks on a low bandwidth without any problems.

Now after rebooting the system, I am unable to view it, it hangs after a click. The file transfer speed is great, but the access just isn't working. This is irritating. I am facing such issues crop up across my business account.

    I have the same problem. I have been providing occasional support to a couple of people in my motorcycle club, and it has been working on Windows 7 x64 for a couple of years with no problems, but now, every time I put in the password and click [CONNECT], and it displays a full-screen window indicating "Connecting to ..... [computer name]", and then it crashes with a message from Windows that the program "stopped working". I have not yet found a solution for this. This started happening around the time the new interface made itself known. I tried both new and old interface, and both of them crash at the same point, attempting to connect.
