Wake on lan

I have a raspberry pi running teamviewer, connected to a mesh node via WiFi. It is also connected via Ethernet cable to a desktop w10 pc running teamviewer, connected to the same mesh node via Ethernet cable. The pc teamviewer settings are set to allow wol via another teamviewer computer on the same local network, the raspberry pi.
But the wake command is not waking the pc. I'm not sure how to diagnose the issue.
The pc's Ethernet adapter is set in w10 to allow the device to wake the system. I also have wol enabled in bios. Board is Z77GAL-70K LGA 1155 Intel Z77.
Anyone have ideas?
