I'm looking for a simple way to get more details in the reports, like a list of tickets created between two dates. The report page only offers a summuary (count of tickets per day), but not to export the whole list of tickets.
I know it is possible to get more details with PowerBI, but I never worked with that tool and found out that the data imported isn't a list of tickets, but probably more of list of updates/actions done on the tickets as I have about 500 rows for 90 tickets and can notice duplicates with different time.
I can use the search function instead, but I don't have the ticket creation date in the available fields, nor can edit the ones that are already there.
I don't mind using PowerBI, but it would be good to have some examples or detailed guide on how to user ServiceCamp imported data.
