When creating a new ticket, the pop up seems to be fixed in size and cannot be enlarged. As the description field is rather small, is it possible to make it bigger to a. use more space on the screen and b. see more of the message you are writing?
Would it be possible to add an option to click and drag to change its size? It would improve usability a lot.
Is there any news on this, whether it is being considered or not? The text field when creating new tickets is too small to see the text being written if it is longer than a few lines. The limited text field makes it hard to correct mistakes or read the email as a whole.
If the field cannot be made to be dynamic, would it be possible to enlarge it by default, so more of the written text is shown?
I would say that not only the new Ticket field is too small, the same goes for the KB. You can't read a longer entry without constant scrolling.
