Import Tickets from ZenDesk

Hi guys,

do we have the possibility to import our old Tickets from ZenDesk?
We use ZenDesk but want to switch to TeamViewer ServiceCamp. We have some Tickets created in ZenDesk and exported them already (csv).
How can we import the tickets to TeamViewer? Do we really have to do it manually?
