Hello,
We need to change the time when an open ticked status automatically changes to closed.
How can we do it?

Hi,
Just after posting this topic I found out how to do it.
Just in case it could be useful to others, the option is in Administration-->Inboxes-->Edit the desired inbox. There you can find the option Auto close ticket.
