missing functions

• it is not possible to join/merge tickets
• no registration of ticket working time
• no recording of technician's working time
• it is not possible to set working hours of the IT department (registration time only per work hours)
• inability to send / generate daily reports by email

It takes too long to implement new features. It's time to think about moving to another dev.
