We received two tickets with the above quoted Subject line. The body includes the text "<<< 554 5.4.12 SMTP; Hop count exceeded - possible mail loop detected on message id 554 5.4.1 SMTP; Hop count exceeded - possible mail loop detected on message id"
We are not quite sure what this means. Does that mean the ticket which was created in Servicecamp was not sent to our customer or is it an internal issue with the ticket generation taking too long?
