The user said once she clicks on Reset password this prompt will appear: "Request denied because you don't have sufficient permissions. Please contact your company's administrator for further assistance." But there is no company admin handling the accounts because we're using the free version. How can we go about this?
Where else in the world do you need to enter a password after logging in with your Google or Microsoft account? Here, even after authenticating via Microsoft, it still asks for a password—doesn’t really make sense.

When I login to teamviewer in MAC OS app, I see this error: Captcha response is not valid. Error code: mWSj4jMUFuL-2-A5-56-7pj I can login via browser but it only happens on desktop. I don't use any vpns. And I downloaded the app today so it's latest version. Anyone knows how to resolve this?
