While you may still be able to use the last compatible version, please note that we no longer provide updates or technical support for it. That said, I recommend trying to download TeamViewer 15.64 on your Windows 7 PC— which is the final version compatible with Windows 7. You’ll find download links for different modules of version 15.64 in this post: Stopping active servicing for older Windows versions - TeamViewer Support
Also, the error message suggests you're currently using the classic interface. To switch to the new interface, simply look for the "New interface "toggle at the top right corner of the TeamViewer login page (highlighted in orange below) and enable it.
