Hello, When I copy a link to a current call so that a third party can join via their mobile device, the end user receives the invitation, but when they click on it, it doesn't route them to the call. They get to their assist ar app and nothing else happens. What is a solution to this?
Hello, I recently moved from the classic TeamViewer App to TeamViewer Meeting. I am able to connect to the other computer as well as move the mouse, but it will not allow me to click on anything? This is for WIndows 10. Any advice on how to get this working would be appreciated. Thank you

I am trying to use TV with an associate using the same updated version. When we connect (either person can start meeting), we can see each other's camera image, but when we try to screen share, nothing happens. I cannot see his screen, and when I try, it just stays on the share popup.
