Sending a link to a call, Participant cannot join

Hello,
When I copy a link to a current call so that a third party can join via their mobile device, the end user receives the invitation, but when they click on it, it doesn't route them to the call. They get to their assist ar app and nothing else happens. What is a solution to this?
