TeamViewer Meeting App, I can see the other computer and move the mouse but can't click on anything

I recently moved from the classic TeamViewer App to TeamViewer Meeting. I am able to connect to the other computer as well as move the mouse, but it will not allow me to click on anything? This is for WIndows 10. Any advice on how to get this working would be appreciated. Thank you
