My wife's PC WAS registered as 'online' until recently. Now it is not, and I get this message when trying to connect to her PC: "Either your partner isn't connected to the internet or your partner's TeamViewer isn't running yet."

It IS connected to the internet ... and ... TV IS running on her PC. Her PC will TV properly with mine, but I can not TV to her.

I uninstalled TV and reinstalled, but that did not solve the problem. 

I see this has been an issue in the past, but don't see any recent discussion. 

Looking for some suggestions for this strange problem ;-)

Win10 with most recent updates ... TV most recent update ... I'm out of ideas.
