Hi,
Does it address the issue of the Linux client not accepting the corporate license entered on the web? The client shows free license, which is wrong. It is a big problem, we have purchased the license, but connection is refused!!
Regards
Lars

Hej @Lars71dk,
Can you confirm your Corporate license is valid for TeamViewer 15?
If not, can you test to start TeamViewer in the version of your license (e.g. TeamViewer 14, 13 or 12) and check whether this resolves the issue?
Thanks and best,
Esther

Dear Esther,
We have a subscription based license, so it covers all. Which TV version is known to work on Linux?
Thanks
Lars

And yes, this affects the community - see here:
I do not find any confirmed work around or fix anywhere.

Hi all,
I have been told, that the fixed version is already available on our website: Download for Linux
Also, they activated the auto-update, BUT if you received the auto-update before, you will need to download the new version once again as the auto update won´t work a second time.
Thanks and best,
Esther

Just to follow up: I got 15.9.4 working on Linux Mint. I re-applied the license (used the small link on the management console), installed the linux client package and ran an apt-get upgrade + reboot. Thanks

Hi,
I confirm, on CentOS 7, the installation of the manually downloaded package solves the problem.
Thank you very much for the advice.
