A few days ago, one of my clients fell for a phishing email. Part of the attack was to have my client install QuickSupport and let the bad actor into the laptop.
What is TeamVieiwer, as a company, doing to protect or seek justice for end-users that are affected when these criminal acts use QuickSupport?
BTW, I submitted a Support Ticket yesterday, almost 24 hours ago, but have heard nothing except that my Ticket was received.
