I have paid for my order with Team viewer and have not received the invoice and activation code
Order completed on 6 August. Order ID 118E**Please do not post TeamViewer IDs**
I emailed salesteam@teamviewer.com and no one is replying back. I used the Online chat. The support personnel (Nabil) did not respond to my support request.
A previous conversation with a support personnel via chat advised me to email my complaint to salesteam@teamviewer.com but no one replies.
Please help. We are a business in need for your help.
