I paid for Remote Access plan, but I was disconnected from the host in every 10 minutes.
I tried to check my account's activation status, but I couldn't receive an email for activation link.

I can confirm that your license is currently active. but there can be 2 possible reasons why your account is logged out after 10 minutes.
