Payment made but no invoice or activation link received

On August 12, 2020 I upgraded my account from free to business, payment was made with VISA card

Your invoice and activation email never arrived

Visa informs me that they have already paid you a fee of $228.

We ask you to send us the invoice corresponding to this payment, so that we can later claim the activation
