I received an email with a link to a ticket that has been opened for me. I am unable to access the ticket, I'm redirected to https://community.teamviewer.com/?category.id=en
I also do not have the option to create a new ticket or view ticket status, as show on this post: https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/How-to-submit-a-ticket/ta-p/72027
The support page says to call between 10:00 and 19:00 (SAST). I've called at around 18:00 but the answering service says I've called out of business hours. The second number given does not exist.
My ticket number is [The personal information has been removed as per the community guidelines. ] and I'm supposed to attach a proof of payment. So I replied to the email, [the email address has been removed as per the community guidelines] with the relevant attachment.
I do not know if that is the correct email address as there's no indication to show that it accept's replies
