Unable to pay an invoice
Have a problem which can't be solved despite contacted with support multiple times.
My account is blocked because I requested unsubscription.
After the two opened support tickets and multiple conversation, finally, first time got the invoice from the support today.
Trying to pay but every time getting one and the same message:
But the support insists that I've an unpaid invoice.
Moreover, the support trying to intimidate by sending the next message:
"if you refuse to clear your invoice, a debt recollection agency will eventually take over."
So eventually, is here anyone competent to help me with this issue? Anyone in this company helps me with the payment OR tell the truth - do I have to pay or not???

If the link you are using to pay the invoice does not work, you can also pay via bank transfer.
Our bank details are at the bottom of the invoice.Alternatively, you an also indicated this payment link issue in the ticket you have already opened. Our support team will be happy to help you. ?
