Have a problem which can't be solved despite contacted with support multiple times.
My account is blocked because I requested unsubscription.
After the two opened support tickets and multiple conversation, finally, first time got the invoice from the support today.
Trying to pay but every time getting one and the same message:
No payment due for this invoice
But the support insists that I've an unpaid invoice.
Moreover, the support trying to intimidate by sending the next message:
"if you refuse to clear your invoice, a debt recollection agency will eventually take over."
So eventually, is here anyone competent to help me with this issue? Anyone in this company helps me with the payment OR tell the truth - do I have to pay or not???
