Mac to Windows cannot see Windows screen
I occassionaly help an elderly lady with her computer. I recently tried to connect and for some reason the screen stays on the "Connecting to..." window and does not show her computer screen. However, I am connected because after 5 minutes it gives me the usual "This was a free session.....". Or if I try to close the program I receive "You have active connections. Are you sure you want to close them?"
I am using Mac 10.15.6, she is using Windows 10. I have Teamviewer 10.15.6. I have connected numerous times in the past. I am not sure why it will not show the screen now.
Please help.

This sounds like a little hiccup of the software.
I recommend you to restart TeamViewer on both devices and to try again.
