Cannot Install on OS X Catalina
Hello TeamViewer,
I've purchased a new MacBook Pro and am unable to get TeamViewer installed. See screenshot please.
I pulled the download off of TeamViewer's website, as well as a few alternative sites. I am an admin on this computer, and the only user. I am running OS X Catalina 10.15.6 on a MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)

Hello,
I solved it by reinstalling OS X Catalina in Recovery mode. PRAM reset and reset Home Permissions didn't do it.

Could you please try to use the following download link: TeamViewer for Mac
The OS Catalina is compatible with the latest version, so you should not have any issue.

Hi Jean,
I ran th install from the link again and received the same error message as above.
Also, something I noticed was that the disk image doesn't load an icon. I know it's probably irrelevant, but found it odd so I thought I would mention it.

I've now done all the software updates for the computer, ran disk utility repair, rebooted... no changes.
