installation fail

Hi, the teamviewer installation on a windows 10 laptop hangs en presents the error message: "

"TeamViewer_.exe - Application error

The application was unable to start correctly (0XC0000022). Click OK to close the application"

Do have any sugesstion how fix this error?

Hi Jean, I use the free download version from the website: TeamViewer_setup, product version 15.9.4.0

I have Windows 10 Enterprise version 1909 on my laptop

I recommend you to check the registry if you might have entries of old versions that might prevent the successful installation.

You can check in the following locations:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\TeamViewer]

and

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\TeamViewer]
