Problem with a free remote connection. Pse Help
Hello everybody. I am a FREE TV user.
For a few days, when I connect to a remote PC that uses WIN XP, I receive a message that the remote version of teamviewer is obsolete and needs to be updated, because it will soon be abandoned.
I made the updates, and now on the remote PC there is version 14.2.56676 of 14 July 2020.
I tried to search for new available versions, but the system tells me that the installed one is the latest available.
I downloaded a fresh installation from the TV site, but the downloaded version is still the same.
Despite this, the message when starting the session continues to go out and the connection is disconnected after 5 minutes.
Can anyone help me to solve the problem?

Indeed, the use of the free TeamViewer license is only possible with the latest version of TeamViewer on both sides of the connection.

The use of previous versions will require a professional license.
