Restrict access to account
Hi,
We have a teamviewer enterprise account - 1 user, 3 channels. When someone logs in to the account the first time, we have to authorise the device. We have identified this as a weak spot in our security, as it's hard to keep an overview over the authorised devices. And it's easy to accidentally authorise a device, and once they're in, they're in.
Is there a way to restrict the access to our account? For example so that it only accepts log ins from a certain IP?
Also, in the list of authorised devices, is there any way to see the IP from where that device connected? There is the location column, but gelocations are a rough estimate at best and the field is empty for most entries in our list.
Thank you!
Chris

Hello @Infosystem
Thank you for your message and welcome to the TeamViewer Community! ?
We would highly recommend you to create a company profile and to create a user profile for each person that uses your TeamViewer license and to enable the Two-Factor-Authentication on all of these user profiles.
With the Two-Factor-Authentication enabled, you don't need to authorize the devices anymore and you can assure that only the authorized people are using your TeamViewer license.
I hope this could help. ?
If not, do not hesitate to ask your questions here. ?
Best regards
