Android 9 Mi Redmi 7A keyboard from PC not working

I use teamviewer hosts + universal add-on on Android 9 Mi Redmi 7A

After connecting remote control works but when i am trying to print from PC - nothing happens on phone.

What shall i do?

On other phone keyboard works from this PC
