Cannot join company
Hello,
Im trying to connect company via this link https://login.teamviewer.com/cmd/joincompany
but, when i try it, i see "Your account is already associated with a company. You cannot join another company."
Iam joined this company (in the past), i see it in my account, but the licence is still free..
Can you look on it?

Thanks for your reply.
For security reasons, only the owner of a TeamViewer account can completely delete the TeamViewer account. For the steps, please check out How to delete your TeamViewer account
Please know that if your account belongs to a TeamViewer company profile, the link Delete account is not shown. In this case, you do not have permission to delete your account as you are a part of a company profile. You will need to contact the administrator of your TeamViewer company profile and ask them to remove your account for the company profile. Afterward, you can see the Delete account link again. You can find more information in All about the TeamViewer company profile

Thank you for your post and welcome to our community.
If you are trying to join a company profile and you are getting the message Your account is already associated with a company. You cannot join another company, you have several options if you prefer to leave the current company profile and join the new one. Please refer to our KBA Your account is already associated with a company for further instructions.

I cannot remove this account from company, It is in that company, but account is still "free"
I cannot delete this acount.
I cannot do anything with this account.

Can you please solve this problem? This account is pracitacly blocked, i cannot do anything with this account.
Alternatively, please remove this account from your system, i will create it again.
