Samsung tablets remote connection password

Hello all, we have deployed Samsung Teamviewer Host in several tablets to do remote support, but every time we try to make a connection it prompts for a password (that we don´t know). 

In the management console a Host module for Android is in place, and we use it to register all tablets to our licence. How can we skip password prompts from happening?

Hello again, just a heads-up...

If we use the auto assignment URL provided in the host module we get the password prompt.

But if we assign the tablets manually (username & password) it works as expected, no password asked.
