v15.2 to v15.10 upgrade

Hello Community,

We're upgrading our corporate remote users to 15.10 and ran across a wall.  We were successful in upgrading from v12 to v15.2 since it promted for admin credentials prior to the install.  Now that option is no longer available when upgrading to 15.10.  Only 2 option it gives is to login with admin rights or start TeamViewer with admin credentials.  Has anyone been successful performing the upgrade remotely without the 2 options?
