Cant change resolution because no graphics card

I dont have a graphics card in the host computer so it is locked at 640x480. how can i change the screen resolution or zoom out so i can see windows that are by default too big and unresizable? there is no settings in windows display settings because there is no graphics card. is there  a way to virtually change the size of the screen or windows?

    TeamViewer uses the remote hardware to reflect the screen of the device. If there is no graphic card on the other side, there is, unfortunately, no possibility to adjust the resolution. The default resolution will be locked at 640x480.
