License not showing in Management Portal

Hi Support

If login via teamviewer app on PC shows "Paid License" but does not show on Management portal.. "license was originally a legacy one" now pay yearly via subscription.

I also wish to move license to another PC is this posible.

Thanks for your help, sorry if this has been mentioned in forum but i could not find solution or method.

    Thank you for your message and welcome to the TeamViewer Community! ?

    If your license is not recognized in your Management Console, then you need first to activate your license on your TeamViewer account. Please follow these instructions: How to activate your license (Business, Premium, Corporate and Tensor) 

    If you want to manage your TeamViewer Business activations of your license, please:

    1. Log in to your Management Console
    2. Click on your name at the top right corner
    3. Click on Edit profile
    4. Click on License

    Here, you will find the list of your licensed devices. If you have already used the 3 activations, you can delete an activation to "leave a free slot" for another device. You can do this 10 times in total.
