Demand: Cancellation and FULL Refund for Misrepresentation
I purchased a 1 year license today, but I was duped into believeing that I will be charged on a monthly basis, but it appears that the entire amount for 1 year has been deducted from my bank account in 1 go. TeamViewer team has misrepresented the payment process and I demand a full refund of the amount deducted from my bank account.
I received an email which says: "Enclosed with this mail you will receive your invoice. Please use the following link and select your preferred payment method: ...". I do not also understand that once the amount has been already deducted from my bank account, how or why am I supposed to make further payments.
In view of the blatant misrepresenation and fraud committed by TeamViewer, I would request a full refund of INR 19,809.84 deducted from my account, failing which I shall be constrained to exercise my legal remedies against TeamViewer.
