License activation mail not received

I received an order confirmation email, and I also received a message saying that the card payment was successful.
However, I did not receive the license activation email.
Could you solve this problem quickly? Or can I get a refund?

According to our system, we sent the license activation e-mail on the 9th of November.
Could you please check your inbox and also your spam folders on this date?
