Paid for license but still shows as "free" account

Hi,
I paid for a TeamViewer license today but my account still says "Free" in the program and dashboard. Is there a way to resolve this? I emailed support already also.

Please ensure to activate the license you've purchased on your TeamViewer account and log in with your licensed account. For the steps, please have a look at this article.
