i can't receive the application mail from one employee's account

hello team,

       one of my member can't join my company account, "agilenttech". he has sent the request several times. his account name is **Do Not Post Email Addresses**.

       please help!

    Thanks for your post.

    If a user requests to join your company profile via the "Add Existing Users" link (https://login.teamviewer.com/cmd/joincompany), they will appear in User Management as a "request". From there simply approve the request and they will be added to your company profile.

    When the user goes to the abovementioned link, they will be prompted to sign in with their own account. Once they do this, they will be asked to enter the current admin's email address - please ensure they are entering the correct email here as the request will not be successful if the wrong email is entered.

    Should the issue persist, please contact our support team for further analysis.
