Remote control Galaxy Tab A blank screen

I have Teamviewer Host installed on a Galaxy Tab A (SM-T510) - which is on the Teamviewer compatibility list. When I try to remote control it from Teamviewer on Windows 10 I can interact with the tablet (using the mouse), but the screen in the Teamviewer program is blank, so I can't see what I am doing. I notice that at least one other person on this forum has had the same problem. The tablet is running Android v10, Knox v3.5

Can anyone advise how I can fix this, and actually get to see the screen of the tablet that I'm remote controlling?
