How to unsubscribe from the commercial version TeamViewer
Hello!
By phone they said to write to support@teamviewer.com. The answer came that this mail is no longer supported.
The link https://support.teamviewer.com/a/ does not work, flips to https://community.teamviewer.com/?category.id=en.

Hi @SpaitNet
Thank you for your post and welcome to our Community. ?
Please login with a licensed TeamViewer account to create a ticket. You have also the possibility to access the page from your Management Console.
In the following article you will find all detailed information on How to submit a ticket.
Hope this could help. Let me know if I may assist any further.
Wish you a great day.
All the best,

Hello!
I tried to delete my account and now my status is free. This account I created with the same email.
I can't find the button to create a ticket.
On the page https://login.teamviewer.com/nav/home/buddies/g/0 I have the status of free.
On the page https://service.teamviewer.com/ru-ru/contracts/ I have a license.

You need to activate your license on your account to submit a ticket. To cancel a subscription, you need to send a ticket (link in the top menu under "Service").
📌Note: Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
If you want to delete your TeamViewer Account, you can do this via the Management Console. See this article for more information: https://community.teamviewer.com/English/kb/articles/4491-how-to-delete-your-teamviewer-account

I don't have a ticket button now, after deleting the account. But the license is there. Where should I write?

I deleted the account, thought I was deleting the license and then created a new one with the same email.
