How do I revoke/unbind my MFA?
I'm having problem to log in into my Teamviewer account. It ask me the MFA code (I lost my access to it after I flashed my phone). I enter my recovery key to disable MFA but it doesn't work (saying that my recovery key is invalid). I called Teamviewer callcenter but they asked me for invoice or license number (which I don't have it, I use my company account to login into Teamviewer and I'm not the administrator). Is there any way to resolve this situation?

Hi @enosena,
Thank you for reaching out to us 🙌
If you have an issue with your licensed account we need the following via a support ticket (in writing):
1) A request directly from the e-mail address of the account, explicitly requesting the removal of the two-factor authentication method.
2) This request must contain your invoice attached.
Therefore, I will kindly ask you to contact your administrator to get an invoice and then submit a support ticket from the email address of the account that has the issue.
Since this issue is related to the security topic, please understand that we must follow the above rule.
Thank you.😌
