Hello,
Since yesterday, I've had issues receiving emails from Teamviewer. Yesterday, a user forgot his password and did not receive the reset link. Today, another user is trying to add a new device and not receiving any trusted devices autorisation email.
I've checked the logs of my email server and no emails from Teamviewer are being rejected or quarantined. Can you help?
Note that I have a paid Corporate license.
