When trying to connect to Teamviewer host (on my phone) from my Android tablet I get the message "Authentication rejected" . How do I check that my settings is correct?
Regards
Kjell
Hello Jean
Thanks for your answer.
I have the host in my mobile and are trying to connect from my tablet which is connected to Internet through my domestic wifi.
Hello @kjellforssen,
If no ID is shown, it means that your TeamViewer app can't reach our master server. It is the core issue you are having.
Are you using your tablet with a SIM card with 4G, or are you connected to your domestic WiFi network?
I´ve tried to install Host on my mobile but no new version is downloaded. I suppose this means that I have the latest version. I am using version 15.14.35 CL on my tablet. When teamviewer host starts it does not show any ID so I used my PC to go into the management console and used the number that is in the My Computers register [removed per Community Guidelines].
The first step would be to make you you ahve the latest version of TeamViewer on your devices.
