Remote Access on Kubuntu slow

Hello,

at this time, the remote access is very slow. There is a delay from 7 seconds up. When I connect with ssh to the server, the Terminal output is correct.

On the Linux Server, there is no Monitor attached.

If I connect a Monitor, there is no problem. But when the Monitor is disconnected, the delay is back.

I hope someone can help me

For all of my headless Ubuntu machines I have to use an HDMI emulator or I suffer the same issue as you.
