I was just supporting someone using a Samsung tablet on Android version 4.4.4 which I understood to be supported. TeamViewer installed correctly on the client side but I had no screen share available to me. Everything else appeared to be accessible so was the issue on my side or the client's side? Is it simply a limitation of the android version?
Also, there was no request for the Samsung add-on so I assume that it automatically installed or didn't need it.
