Cancel the licence

Hello,

I bought a licence in october, and, despite paying it at the time, it never got activated. I've been reimbursed by paypal(1,5 month later, and yes, I did send my payment invoice from paypal and everything to get this license activated, but nothing) for this purchase, and now I am receiving emails that I have to pay or the debt collection team will settle this. There is nothing to settle, deactivate this licence and this account. For those who think "this post shouldn"t be here, it doesn't concern us", I tried to contact the support, well, if there is some way to access it, a forum is not a support for me, whenever you click on the "support" link, it brings you here. and for the "dm_pm", I don't have permissions... so you know, not much of a choice there.

Regarding TeamViewer subscriptions, the license does renew unless canceled prior, as stated on the bottom of the original invoice: https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/Subscription-renewal/ta-p/65605

With regard to the support ticket, you have to submit a ticket with your licensed account, if you don't have an active license under your account, it comes to the community page.
