Cant turn on Screen recording on iOS
So, I tried to help my mother and my father remotely. They are not living together anymore and quite far to reach. I was so happy when I saw that TeamViewer was now able to share screens on iOS, because they always need some IT help every now and then.
The issue I have with this app is that even after they gave me their code to share the screen, I was not able to see what was on their screen. Both my parents are technologically inclined and they manage to activate screen recording in control Center, use the drop down menu and select TeamViewer. I just saw a spinning wheel going on for ever.
It took me about 20 minutes to get them to download the app and do the manipulation. I was unable to help them on 2 different occasions. This app is not working properly. Just too bad.
