The remote machine is visible and online, however I cannot connect to it. Teamviewer attempts to connect and the status "connecting" goes on and on

Maybe AV Software block connection.
Maybe other things happens.
For example remote host has no more free space on C: Drive
This is quite often.
You must to login in another way and check what is the issue.
