Initializing display parameters

I'm using TeamViewer on a Windows10 laptop to remote control a Linux server, and it was working fine before, but recently I started to have a problem that the interface is always stuck at the "Initializing display parameters" prompt, so I can't use it normally. What should I do? Please help me.

    No, I'm giving up on TeamViewer and using other software instead.
