Access inconsistencies

Hello,

We have signed up to a package that should allow concurrent connection to a single machine for our team of 5. But for some reason, before c. 9am GMT in the morning, only one of us is able to connect at a time (we are given notice that there are too many concurrent connections). It seems this weird quirk seems to disappear at this time for the remainder of the work day. Why does this happen and is it very disruptive for us?
