Good day,

I am currently trying to set up the TeamViewer client on a RevolutionPi Core (RevPi), but I am having some problems.

I have already created a TeamViewer account and wanted to set up my RevPi with this account via sudo teamviewer-iot-agent setup. After entering my EMail address and the corresponding password it takes a while until then a message appears that the configuration cannot be done.

Attached is a screen shot of the error message. The RevPi has a continuous internet connection.

hello, i have a similar problem, i followed the steps indicated in the platform adding the token manually, in the forums i found that using "setup" but at the moment i can't add my device. it is a RPI3 with debian. any idea how to solve it?

From the print screen seems that the device is already assigned to your account.

You can run "sudo teamviewer-iot-agent info" which will print the username where the device is assign to and the TeamViewer ID.
