Quicksupport not working on Samsung Galaxy Note 9

I try to use quicksupport on galaxy note 9 but it is not working.

I do get the allow access popup on the note 9 but when I click ok, it doesn't work.

Version on phone: 15.13.24 QS

Version on computer: [Linux] v15.13.6
